Yup, and the wayback machine has nothing about bash from that site.

Farewell, joelinux, we hardly knew ye.

Daniel Robbins' Funtoo site has some nice tutorials broken down into:

1) Linux fundamentals (4 parts)
2) Bash by example (3 parts)
3) Awk by example (3 parts)
4) Sed by example (3 parts)

There are some others there, but in the spirit of the original post, I'll leave it there

There is also that really cool forum...... what's it called... oh yeah, bashscripts.org ;)

jbsnake has some very good tutorials on there as well.
Beginner bash tutorial - http://bashscripts.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=39
Intermediate bash tutorial - http://bashscripts.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=40

There are several really competent bash scripters on bashscripts.org that are very good at teaching, although imho jbsnake is one of the best.
